All sake are imported directly from the Sake Breweries, which is introduced by Japanese sake professional who has over 10 yeas carrier in Hong Kong.

山形県東根市の「搾りたて新酒」

- FRESHLY SQUEEZED SAKE -

日本酒を絞り出すときに響く音…「ぎゅるり」。

その搾取音を名前に、昨年秋に収穫した地元産酒米「出羽燦々」を100%使用した2022年度の搾りたて新酒。

新酒ならではのふれしゅな味わいに加え、ほんのりと甘い口当たりが美味しい季節限定の純米吟醸酒をぜひどうぞ。

GYURURI, releases every winter season, is brewed from sake rice "Dewasansan" cultivated 2021 autumn.

Enjoy super fresh taste as new brewing year sake, bottling fresh drops just brewed newly.

The taste is slight sweet with strong fruity aroma.

Minami brands have rich and strong fruity aroma and Junmai Ginjo has especially fashionable taste for Hong Kong sake lovers.

Popular sake from Aichi prefecture.

Junmai-Daiginjo, categorized over cut % of sake rice is over 50%, has some supreme brands. Just 5 days all 48 bottles has sold out.
